Privacy Policy
Due to the high demand for Dr Paul Mason's services, he has a long waiting list of patients. To ensure that all patients have a fair chance to access his services, we have introduced a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. This will allow us to offer your spot to another patient on Dr Mason's waiting list.
If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of the consultation fee). This fee is not covered by Medicare or private health insurance. Cancellation fees will be charged to the debit or credit card provided at the time of booking and must be paid before you can book another appointment. This policy helps us minimise no-shows and manage Dr Paul Mason’s long waiting list. We thank you for your understanding. International Patients

The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide you with information on how your personal and health information is collected and used and the circumstances in which we may share your information with third parties (healthcare professionals associated with your health).
We are committed to protecting the privacy of patient information and to handling your personal information in a responsible manner in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012, the Australian Privacy Principles, and relevant State and Territory privacy legislation (referred to as privacy legislation). Unfortunately Dr Paul Mason's medical insurance does not provide coverage where the patient is outside of Australian borders at the time of consultation. International citizens may consult with Dr Paul Mason if they are in Australian territory at the time of consultation. Medicare rebates will not apply to these consultations.
